Publish availability, route appointments, connect calendars, and protect every booking from conflicts.

The booking flow

Patvero takes a visitor from a public service page to a confirmed, manageable appointment.

  1. 1
    Define availability

Set working hours, buffers, notice, and capacity for the host or resource.

  2. 2
    Create an event type

Set duration, location, assignment rules, questions, approval, and payment requirements.

  3. 3
    Publish a storefront

Choose which event types visitors can discover and book.

  4. 4
    Confirm and manage

The visitor receives confirmation and a secure management link for calendar download, rescheduling, or cancellation.

#

Connect Google or Microsoft calendars

Connected calendars prevent external commitments from becoming bookable Patvero time.

  1. 1
    Open Calendar health

From Bookings, open Calendars or Calendar health.

  2. 2
    Authorize a provider

Choose Google or Microsoft and approve access on the provider's secure authorization screen.

  3. 3
    Choose calendars

Select every calendar that should block availability and one writable calendar for confirmed bookings.

  4. 4
    Monitor health

Review the last sync, provider cursor, webhook renewal, and any connection error. Reconnect when authorization has ended.

Provider passwords stay with the provider

Patvero uses OAuth authorization and encrypted server-side tokens. The product never asks you to paste your Google or Microsoft password.

Booking reliability

Slot holds, busy-time projections, resource capacity, payments, and notification delivery are checked before final confirmation.
