Install the mobile app

Use the distribution link supplied by your organization or Patvero's approved test channel.

• iOS test builds are distributed through TestFlight when your organization is enrolled.
• Android testers may receive an APK or approved store testing link.
• Install only a build supplied through a trusted Patvero channel.
• Keep enough device storage available for installation and updates.

Join on mobile

A meeting link opens the app or the secure mobile join experience.

   Open the invitation

   Use the latest invitation or meeting link.

   Confirm identity

   Sign in when required or enter the guest details allowed by the host.

   Choose media

   Grant microphone and camera permission only when you intend to use them, then review the pre-join state.

   Join

   Enter the room or wait for host admission. Use the compact More control for actions that do not fit on screen.

Mobile troubleshooting

If joining stalls, update the app, confirm network access, reopen the latest invitation, and capture the time and device model for support. Android testers can include a device log when available.
