Recordings and transcripts

Record with consent, review governed media, and turn conversations into searchable knowledge.

#

Record responsibly

Recording availability depends on role, subscription, workspace policy, and participant consent.

  1. 1
    Confirm permission

Make sure the meeting, participants, and workspace policy allow recording or transcription.

  2. 2
    Start recording

Use the meeting recording control. Patvero displays the active recording state to participants.

  3. 3
    Stop and process

Stop recording before leaving when appropriate. Processing begins after the media session closes.

  4. 4
    Review

Open Recordings to see processing state, playback, transcript, and governed actions.

#

Retention and access

Recordings inherit workspace access and retention controls.

  • Only authorized workspace members can open protected media.
  • Retention and legal hold policies may prevent deletion.
  • Exports and downloads follow role and plan controls.
  • Transcripts may be searchable after processing completes.
#

Meeting memory

Approved recordings and transcripts can support catch-up, decisions, and action extraction.

Always verify generated output

AI-assisted summaries and extracted actions should be reviewed by a person before they become an operational or regulated record.
