Your workspace plan
Billing shows the active plan, renewal state, included capacity, product entitlements, and available changes.
- Plan access is enforced by the Patvero API, not only by page visibility.
- Meeting size, duration, recording storage, and premium tools can have separate limits.
- Some enterprise capabilities require workspace configuration after purchase.
Make a billing change
Owners and authorized billing administrators can compare plans and manage the subscription.

Complete the secure billing flow and retain the confirmation.
- 4Verify access
Return to the workspace and confirm the expected entitlement is active.
Billing help
Include the workspace name, invoice or subscription reference, and the time of the issue when contacting support. Never send a full payment card number.
