• Directory scales the full workspace roster with search and filters.
• Spaces are persistent destinations with a door policy and capacity.
• Activity shows relevant Office events without exposing private room content.

Start or join a huddle

A huddle is the live conversation inside an Office space.

   Choose a space

   Open a space that matches the work, or use Start a huddle for a quick conversation.

   Respect the door policy

   Open rooms allow eligible members to enter; member rooms restrict access; knock-first conversations require acceptance.

   Invite teammates

   Use Add people to find eligible workspace members and send an in-app invitation. Email delivery depends on workspace notification settings.

   Keep working

   Use the floating call while navigating Patvero, or expand to the full room without rejoining the same live session.

Persistent room work

Each Office space keeps the team's context under its own space identity.

• Chat, tasks, notes, decisions, boards, files, and links remain with the space.
• Recordings and transcripts return to the space after eligible huddles.
• AI catch-up summarizes accessible room activity.
• Connected apps and Browse together support live work without replacing room history.
• Room members can be managed by authorized owners or administrators.
