Meetings
Schedule secure meetings, admit the right people, collaborate live, and preserve the outcome.
The meeting lifecycle
Patvero treats planning, live participation, and follow-up as one continuous workflow.
- 1Schedule
Choose a title, time, recurrence, participants, access policy, and meeting options.
- 2Invite
Send secure participant invitations or a guest link that follows the host's admission policy.
- 3Prepare
Use pre-join to confirm your name, microphone, camera, and selected devices before publishing media.
- 4Meet
Use chat, reactions, screen sharing, captions, people controls, recording, and moderation according to your permissions.
- 5Continue
Return to the meeting record for recordings, transcripts, decisions, and follow-up work.
Access and privacy
Meeting access is controlled by the invitation, workspace identity, host settings, and subscription entitlements.
- Private meetings require an invited Patvero identity or valid private guest invitation.
- Waiting rooms let hosts review guests before entry.
- Microphone and camera start from the choices made in pre-join.
- Recording and transcription require the applicable permission and consent.
- Hosts can remove participants, end a session, and apply moderation controls.
Live controls
Controls adapt to the current device and available space.
- Use View to change the participant layout.
- Open People to manage participants and invitations.
- Open Chat and select Everyone or an individual participant when private messaging is permitted.
- Use Share to present a screen or supported source; the active state ends when capture stops.
- Use More for secondary tools when the control bar is compact.
Office huddles are attached to persistent Office spaces. Scheduled meetings are calendar-based sessions. They share secure media controls but keep different work context.
